Unable to manage its own situation, Pakistan now resorts to brokering the US-Iran War.

Islamabad: Pakistan is unable to handle the situation in its country, but it has started brokering between the US-Israel and Iran war. Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar is holding peace talks with Islamic nations on the conflict in West Asia in Islamabad. Ishaq Dar met his counterparts from Egypt and Turkey here on Sunday. This meeting took place before the quadrilateral summit including Saudi Arabia, in which the ongoing conflict in West Asia and efforts for peace talks in the region were discussed.

Pakistan’s Foreign Office said on Saturday that Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Turkey’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Egypt’s Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Atty are visiting Islamabad at the invitation of Eshaq Dar, who is also Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister. The Foreign Office said on Sunday that Pakistan and Egypt reviewed the entire spectrum of bilateral relations in the meeting between Dar and Abdel Atty. Both sides expressed satisfaction with the positive momentum generated by recent high-level exchanges, including Abdel Atty’s visit to Pakistan in November last year.

Islamabad is elated after US President Donald Trump reposted Pakistani PM Shahbaz Sharif’s mediation post. Pakistan is now becoming the leader of Islamic nations, believing it can end the Iran-US war. The truth is, Pakistan is unable to manage its own situation. It is also unable to resolve the problems in Afghanistan and Balochistan.

Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Dar reaffirmed “unwavering support” to the Palestinian people and strongly condemned the continued aggression by Israeli occupation forces in Gaza and the West Bank. The Foreign Office said the minister appreciated Egypt’s role in providing humanitarian assistance to the people of Gaza, including its support to Pakistan’s relief efforts. The two sides also agreed to continue close coordination in multilateral forums, including the United Nations and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). According to the Foreign Office, Dar also met Turkish Foreign Minister Fidan. Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud is scheduled to arrive on Sunday.
