Delhi High Court major verdict on former MLA Kuldeep Sengar: Delhi High Court has given a major verdict on former MLA Kuldeep Sengar, who is serving sentence in the Unnao rape case. His sentence has been suspended. Kuldeep Singh Sengar was also ordered not to come within 5 kilometers of the victim and stay in Delhi during the bail period. Delhi High Court ordered that if any condition is violated, the bail will be cancelled. Kuldeep Singh Sengar was convicted by the lower court and sentenced to life imprisonment. He has been granted bail on a bond of Rs 15 lakh. Even after this bail, Kuldeep Sengar will not be able to come out of jail because he is serving a 10-year sentence for the murder of the victim’s father. However, despite this order, Sengar will not be released immediately. The reason for this is that he is also serving a 10-year sentence for the murder of the victim’s father.
