UP Board High School and Intermediate examinations start from today

The high school and intermediate board examinations of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council are going to start from Wednesday with question paper of Hindi subject. The administration and education department have made preparations on a large scale to conduct the examination in a completely cheating-free and systematic manner. Officials say that this time special monitoring will be kept on the examination process, so that there is no scope for any kind of irregularity.

Formation of six mobile squads

This year, about 54 thousand students will appear in the board exams in the district. With the aim of making the examination fair and transparent, six mobile squads have been formed. These teams will make surprise inspections of various centers during the examination and take stock of the arrangements. Apart from this, adequate number of police forces have been deployed at all the examination centers, so that the examination can be conducted in a peaceful and safe environment.

A total of 64 examination centers have been set up in the district, where 53,884 candidates will appear for the examination. These include 28,574 high school students and 25,314 intermediate students. Center administrator has been appointed at each examination centre. Along with this, 64 external center administrators, 64 static magistrates, five zonal magistrates and 21 sector magistrates have also been deployed, who will monitor the examination process and ensure immediate action in case of any irregularities.

Modern technology is also being used at the examination centres. CCTV cameras and voice recorders have been installed at all the centres, with the help of which continuous monitoring will be done through webcasting. Apart from this, a central control room has been set up from where the activities of all the examination centers will be monitored by the officials.

What did District School Inspector Dharmendra Kumar Sharma say?

District School Inspector Dharmendra Kumar Sharma said that all the students will be thoroughly checked before entering the examination center, so that no student can enter inside with inappropriate material. He also said that mobile squads will regularly inspect the examination centers and the rules will be strictly followed.

The aim of the administration is that all the students take the examination in a fair and disciplined environment and the entire process is conducted in a transparent manner. The officials have appealed to the candidates to reach the examination center before the scheduled time and follow all the rules, so that the examination can be completed successfully without any disruption.
