UP Budget 2026: CM Yogi said – Budget with safe women, capable youth, ‘Rule of Law’ is the guarantee of real growth
UP Budget 2026: Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh presented the tenth budget of Rs 9.12 lakh crore in the House today. While giving the first statement on this budget, CM Yogi said that this budget reflects the story of 9 years of Navnirman of UP. For the first time, a government presented 10 consecutive budgets. No tax was imposed in the state in these 9 years. New steps of development were created every day without imposing additional taxes. UP strengthened its economy. Today we are one of the three largest economies of the country. This budget is the budget of farmers, youth and women. No tax has been imposed in nine years.

CM said that every section was taken care of in the budget. The opinion of the people of UP has changed in 9 years. Care is being taken to ensure that the growth of the youth is related to their employment. UP is certain to grow as an employment generator with MSME and skill development. We are moving forward as a public trust principle. Single window facility is being provided to investors. We have done well in ease of doing. For this, Rule AAP Law is the guarantee of real growth. Today UP is guaranteeing security.

CM said that Annadata farmers are the pivot of the country’s economy and its development. Food providers are not just beneficiaries but are the basis of development. We will move towards turning them from food providers to entrepreneurs. There is a provision for this in the budget. We are giving free electricity to tube wells. Farmers will also be provided benefits of Kusum Yojana. We are taking UP Agris forward in collaboration with the World Bank. Subsidy has been arranged for construction of warehousing and big warehouses within the state.
He said that provisions have been made to develop the capacity of four sugar mills. Budget has been provisioned for infrastructure and industrial development. An announcement has been made to expand the Ganga Expressway. Arrangements have been made to provide tablets to the youth to empower them digitally. AI Mission. Many announcements have been made in the IT sector including Data Center and Center of Excellence. In the field of education, smart schools and Atal Residential Schools are running. Also, we have made arrangements in the budget for CM residential schools. Arrangements have been made for cashless treatment for teachers of higher schools including council and secondary schools.

Subsidy will be given to build big warehouses. There will be insurance for the health of animals. The government will pay premium up to 50 percent of the insurance amount.
