There are currently 52 ministers in the government of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, out of which 8 ministerial posts are vacant. Many new faces are expected to get places on these vacant posts.
A few days ago, the meeting of Deputy Chief Minister Brijesh Pathak and BJP State President and Union Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Choudhary in Delhi gave further strength to these speculations. According to sources, after the Delhi meeting, political turmoil increased regarding the new minister, third deputy CM and regional balance.
SP rebels will get reward
This time, there is special discussion about the names of rebel Samajwadi Party leaders Manoj Pandey and Pooja Pal in the cabinet, who can be included in the cabinet. Apart from this, names of Akash Saxena and former state president of Bharatiya Janata Party Bhupendra Chaudhary are also coming up, who may get a place in the cabinet.
Some ministers will be on leave
Some current ministers are likely to be removed from the post, while some may be deployed in organizational work. At the same time, some ministers can also be given a place in national politics. Along with this, there are also talks of changes in the BJP organization, such as the election of new presidents of Mahila Morcha, Yuva Morcha and other fronts. Besides, the possibility of change in regional presidents is also being expressed.
