Chief Minister Yogi gave a statement on 'Ram Bhakti-patriotism', said- A true patriot…
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while clarifying the concept of Ram Rajya on the occasion of Diwali, said that it means every section of the society getting the benefits of all the schemes without any discrimination. He stressed that there should be no discrimination on the basis of region, language and caste, and the PM Narendra Modi-led BJP government has taken concrete steps in this direction.
Identity and importance of Ayodhya
Referring to Ayodhya, CM Yogi said that it was identified with Ram, but there was an absence of Ram there. He told that this year is special because the wait of 500 years is over. Ayodhya has now become a symbol of not only religious but also cultural heritage. He warned that today some people are creating division in the society in the name of caste, region and language, and the DNA of Ravana and Duryodhana is working in such elements.
Warning of divisive elements
Yogi Adityanath made it clear that if these divisive elements are given a chance again, they will commit hooliganism again. “These people will become a threat to the safety of the sisters and will incite riots. This used to happen before 2017,” he said. He said that if anyone breaches the security, the consequences will lead to the name of Ram going towards truth.
call for unity
The CM appealed to the citizens to become Bajrangbali and understand that “one who is a devotee of Ram can also become a patriot.” He said that Sanatan Dharma and India complement each other and we have to be cautious of the forces that divide us. If such forces are deceived and given a chance, they will do the same thing again – hooliganism, anarchy and riots.
