Moradabad:- UP Congress General Secretary Sachin Chaudhary has been arrested in a land dispute. Sachin Chaudhary and his guards were accused of firing on the other side in a land dispute. The video of the war of words on the ground between Sachin Chaudhary and the other party, Kuldeep Singh, is going viral on social media. In the viral video, Kuldeep Singh’s side is also standing with weapons and giving pain. In a viral video, Sachin Chaudhary is seen calling his personal guards and asking them to open fire.

There is a dispute going on between UP Congress General Secretary Sachin Chaudhary and Kuldeep Singh regarding a land on Amla Ghat Road in Bhojpur police station area of Moradabad. This dispute is also pending in the court. Last Wednesday, Sachin Chaudhary got information that some people were digging with JCB on his land. On receiving the information, Sachin Chaudhary reaches the spot at around 3.30. Started making videos of people working with JCB and asking them to move off the ground. This video is becoming very viral on social media. A video from Kuldeep Singh’s side is also going viral in which Sachin Chaudhary is seen calling his personal guards and asking them to open fire. Police reached the spot on receiving information about abuses and firing and arrested Sachin Chaudhary and his guard Uttam Singh along with the rifle.
Sachin Chaudhary says that his family had purchased this land in 2016. Today some people are digging on the ground with JCB and carrying bricks with tractor trolley. Sachin Choudhary made a video of the incident and made it viral on social media. In the viral video, people from Kuldeep Singh’s side are also seen coming riding on a motorcycle and a weapon is clearly visible in the hand of the person sitting behind them.
Kuldeep Singh says that 78 bighas of this land is ours, only 78 bighas belong to Sachin Choudhary. Measurement of the entire land was also done. Even today we were getting work done in our area. He reached the spot today and started abusing and even fired at us, about which the police was informed.
SP Rural Kunwar Akash Singh said that a dispute had arisen between Kuldeep Singh and Sachin Chaudhary regarding a land. On the spot, Kuldeep Singh’s side towards Sachin Chaudhary was abused and firing was also done. A case has been registered after taking a complaint from the victim’s side. Sachin Chaudhary and his guard have been arrested along with the rifle. Further legal action is being taken in the entire matter.
