The Uttar Pradesh government has announced a new scheme for the youth of the state. Under the 'Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan', it has been decided to provide a loan of Rs 5 lakh without any interest for the better future of the youth and to promote entrepreneurship. The objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to the youth to start their own business.
Loan of Rs 5 lakh will be available without interest
Candidates applying under this scheme will get a loan up to Rs 5 lakh, and that too without interest. To apply, a candidate must have passed at least class 8, however, candidates who have passed Intermediate (Class 12) will be given preference. The main focus of the scheme is on small business and service sector, where loans will be given for projects up to Rs 5 lakh.
Apart from this, to promote digital transactions, an additional grant of Re 1 will be given on every transaction, up to a maximum of Rs 2,000 every year.

Necessary conditions for this scheme
There are some special conditions to avail the benefits of this scheme:
The applicant must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh state.
The age of the candidate should be between 21 to 40 years.
The candidate must have passed at least class 8.
