UP Home Guard Exam LIVE | 40 thousand posts, strict rules apply

Prayagraj- Home Guard recruitment examination for 40 thousand posts in Uttar Pradesh has started from today, in which about 25 lakh candidates will appear during three days. The administration has made very strict and hi-tech arrangements for this examination conducted on such a large scale, so that the possibility of any kind of irregularities or copying can be completely eliminated.

Long queues of candidates were seen since morning at the examination centers set up in different districts of the state including the capital Lucknow. Candidates were seen arriving before time and completing the verification process, because this time strict verification of several stages has been made mandatory before entry.

The security at the examination centers is so tight that the candidates have to remove even religious or personal items like Kalava, bracelets, amulets and so on before going inside. The purpose behind this is to prevent any type of electronic device or suspicious material from being taken inside.

Apart from this, modern technologies like biometric verification and retina scan are also being used. Every candidate is being allowed entry into the examination hall only after ensuring his identity. This will help in curbing fake candidates and copying mafias.

Heavy police force has been deployed at each examination centre. Constant monitoring is being done through CCTV cameras and instructions have been given to take immediate action on suspicious activities. Magistrate level officers are also deployed at many places, who are keeping an eye on the entire process.

The administration has made special arrangements to control traffic around the examination centres. To keep the crowd organized, barricading has been done and the candidates are being sent inside after lining up, so that there is no chaos.

Along with the enthusiasm about the examination, some concern about the strict rules was also seen among the candidates. However, most of the candidates said that these steps are necessary for a transparent and fair examination.

Officials say that this time a zero tolerance policy has been adopted to make the examination completely cheating-free and transparent. If any irregularities are found, strict action will be taken immediately.

Overall, the Home Guard Recruitment Examination in Uttar Pradesh is being conducted this time with very strict and technical monitoring, in which the administration seems to be alert at every level, so that only eligible candidates get a chance.
