In such a situation, the constable has requested the District Captain to provide a contribution of Rs 500 from the salary of all the constables. He has also threatened the Captain saying that he is his last hope and if he does not get support, he will commit suicide.

Constable Surya Prakash has taken about 15 lakh rupees from the bank and other people. Whereas neither the EMI of the loan is being deducted from his salary nor is he able to repay anyone's debt.
