Ballia Gang Rape: A case of gang rape of a 16-year-old minor girl has come to light in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh. It is alleged that the girl was angry over something and had left the house, during which two youths together committed this heinous act. This incident is said to have happened late on Tuesday night, where the victim had a fight with her family members. After this, she got angry and left the house. At that very moment two accused came and lured her and took her with them. After this, both of them took turns to rape her. At present, both the accused are in the custody of the police. The arrested accused have been identified as Mantu Yadav (19) and Amit Prajapati (22).
According to the information, in this case, SHO Rakesh Singh said that on the basis of the complaint of the victim's father, a case has been registered against the accused under relevant sections of the Indian Justice Code and Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act (POCSO Act). Both the accused are being interrogated in police custody.
5 year old innocent girl was raped
This is not the first time, but even before this, a strange incident had come to light in October. Here the landlord's five year old daughter was raped by the tenant's minor children. It was only when the victim girl narrated her ordeal to her mother that the matter came to light. After this, on the basis of the complaint of the victim's family, a case was registered in this matter.
Mother filed a complaint in the police station
The mother of the victim girl has lodged a complaint in the police station and said that her daughter was playing on the terrace. There were also three sons of two of his tenants. The mother told that the boys committed this incident on October 16. When the girl's mother came to know about the incident, she complained about it to the police. Police registered the case and started investigation.

Action taken against all three
Kotwali in-charge Yogendra Bahadur Singh said that on the basis of the complaint of the girl's mother, a case was registered against the three accused under the Indian Penal Code and Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act. On receiving information about the incident, the Superintendent of Police inspected the spot along with the forensic team. The tenants living in the victim's house are residents of Haldi police station area of Ballia district. The children of both the tenants have committed this crime.
