This district of UP will become industrial hub, new industrial township will be developed

UP News: Yogi government is going to develop industrial township in another city of the state. Due to which the youth of the states will get employment opportunity. This industrial township will be developed in Bareilly. Which will be developed by Bareilly Development Authority (BDA). Freehold land will be provided to entrepreneurs in this industrial township. Which will open new doors for investment.

Let us tell you that the most important thing in this is that where free hold land is almost unavailable in other industrial areas of the state, Bareilly will be a new and safe destination for entrepreneurs. Let us tell you that due to increasing pressure on industrial units in cities like Noida, Greater Noida and Lucknow, due to expensive land and lease hold constraints, entrepreneurs are now keeping their eyes on Bareilly.

Industrial units can move towards Bareilly

According to experts, in the coming years a large number of industrial units will also shift to cities like Bareilly. Let us tell you that in the India Food Expo-2026 organized in Lucknow, BDA Vice President Dr. Manikandan A gave detailed information about the proposed industrial township. He said that due to shortage of industrial land in Delhi-NCR and Lucknow and increasing costs, there are difficulties in expansion of industries, in such a situation Bareilly is emerging as a practical, economical and long-term option.

Industrial township will be built on 300 acres of land

This industrial township will be developed on about 300 acres of land. Which will be near Rahpura Jagir. The geographical location of this industrial township will be its biggest strength, because Bareilly is located on the Delhi-Lucknow corridor. In such a situation, industrial areas of Uttarakhand are also close to here and having direct connection with Ganga Expressway will save both time and cost in transportation of goods. Apart from this, better rail network and nearby airport will also strengthen the logistics and supply chain.
