UP Petrol Diesel Price: Petrol prices remained unchanged across India on May 2, while global crude oil markets remained volatile due to tensions in West Asia and blockages in major shipping routes. This pause has come at a time when political sensitivity is at its peak ahead of the upcoming state elections.
Petrol price in Delhi remained stable at ₹ 94.77 per liter. Prices were higher in Mumbai where petrol sold at ₹103.50 per litre. Petrol prices were recorded above ₹ 100 per liter in other big cities too, including ₹ 107.50 per liter in Hyderabad, ₹ 105.41 per liter in Kolkata, ₹ 102.92 per liter in Bengaluru and ₹ 100.90 per liter in Chennai.
