The Chief Minister said that if there is a strong will to work, a clear policy and clear intentions, results emerge automatically. It is the result of continuous efforts made in the same direction that till now we have given government jobs to more than 9 lakh youth. This is a record for the largest appointment process conducted in a transparent and smooth manner by any state in the country.

He said, in the next one year, i.e. 2026–27, the process of more than one and a half lakh recruitments will be completed through Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission, Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission and Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board. Any person found doing any kind of rigging in the recruitment process will be punished with life imprisonment and confiscation of entire property. We have strict laws for this and it is also implemented effectively.

The Chief Minister said that every parent wishes that their child gets good education and moves towards a safe and better future. For this, they make every possible effort, but when the expected results are not achieved, not only the dreams of that youth are shattered, but the hopes of his parents and other people associated with the family are also shattered. The shattering of a youth’s dreams is not just an injustice to an individual, but it is a betrayal of the future of future generations. Discrimination, dishonesty and corruption in the selection processes played a role in Uttar Pradesh being branded as a ‘sick state’. Irregularities in the recruitment processes were so rampant that the Court had to intervene repeatedly.
