Education News: Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission has released the Exam City Slip 2026 for UP TGT Exam. Candidates who had applied for this examination can check the information about their examination city by visiting the official website of the Commission, upessc.up.gov.in. Under this recruitment process, a total of 3539 TGT posts will be selected.
Candidates have to enter name, registration number and date of birth to download their city slip, after which they can get information related to their examination centre.
How to download UP TGT Exam City Slip 2026
Candidates can download their exam city slip by following the easy steps given below-
- First official website upessc.up.gov.in go to
- Click on “Notice Board” section on the homepage
- Open the link “GT 01/2022 date wise, subject wise and shift wise”
- Enter your registration number, name and date of birth
- After login, the exam city slip will appear on the screen.
- Take a print out of it for future reference.
Exam date and shift details
UP TGT exam will be conducted on June 3 and June 4, 2026. The examination will be held in two shifts-
- First shift: 9:30 am to 11:30 am
- Second shift: 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm
Candidates have been advised to reach the examination center on time and carry all the necessary documents.
When will the admit card be released?
According to the official information, the admit card for UP TGT exam will be released on 30 May 2026. Candidates will also be able to download it from the official website with the help of login credentials. It will be mandatory to carry the admit card on the day of examination. Without admit card, no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination centre.
