UP News: Uttar Pradesh is gaining pace of development under the leadership of CM Yogi. Yogi government is also paying attention to employment along with development works in the state. In this context, Yogi government is now taking important steps towards making UP a digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) hub. Actually, Yogi government has planned to develop eight data center parks in Uttar Pradesh. Due to which the target has been set to attract investors on a large scale.

25 thousand crore agreement with Puch AI

CM Yogi made a post on X on Monday (March 23, 2026). In which CM Yogi wrote, “The new Uttar Pradesh is embracing the power of artificial intelligence. The Rs 25,000 crore MoU with Puch AI will lead to the establishment of AI parks, large-scale data center infrastructure, AI commons and an AI university in the state. This initiative will strengthen governance, promote innovation and create future-friendly opportunities for our youth.”

Major center will be built for companies related to digital services

With this scheme of Yogi government, Uttar Pradesh will become a major center for companies providing digital services. According to experts, development of data center parks in Uttar Pradesh will give impetus to the digital economy of the country. Due to which, in the coming time, UP will emerge as a major center for companies related to AI, cloud computing and digital services.

Data center parks will be developed in these cities

Let us tell you that Yogi government will develop these data center parks in eight cities. These cities include Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway area, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi and Agra. The process of identification and allocation of land for these data centers in Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway area is progressing rapidly. For which a master plan is being prepared.

These companies expressed their desire to invest

Many national and international companies have shown interest in investing in the data center sector in Uttar Pradesh. These include the names of companies like HCL, Adani Group, NTT Data, Yotta Infrastructure, Sterlite Technologies and Sify Technologies. For this, investment proposals worth up to Rs 2 lakh crore have come, in which MoUs have also been signed for many projects. While some projects are also moving towards construction.
