Wife along with her boyfriend murdered her husband, drank alcohol together before the murder

UP News: A sensational case of murder has come to light from Etah, Uttar Pradesh, which was revealed by the police in just 12 hours. In the case, the police have arrested three accused including the deceased’s wife and her lover. The search for another accused is still going on. The police have also recovered the car involved in the murder, empty liquor bottles and a can of poisonous spray.

The incident took place in Jaithara police station area. According to the information, on February 14, 2026, at around 7.30 am, the police received information that a dead body of a person was found lying in a wheat field in front of a liquor vend on Bandhe Road from Ahrai village. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot. The body has been identified as Hemant (45), a resident of Awas Vikas Colony.

The police took the body into custody and sent it for postmortem. On the complaint of the deceased’s brother, the police registered a case of murder. In the initial investigation, the police suspected the deceased’s wife and her acquaintances. After this the police formed a team and started a deep investigation.

Husband murdered with poisonous spray

During the investigation, the police found many important evidences, on the basis of which the police arrested two accused including a woman. One accused is still away from the police. Police have recovered the car used in the murder, empty liquor bottles and poisonous spray bottles from the accused.

Investigation revealed that the wife had conspired with her lover to murder the husband. The accused made the deceased sit in their car with the promise of taking them to a wedding and made him drink a lot of liquor on the way. When he became intoxicated, they killed him with poisonous spray. After this they went to the wedding ceremony and during this time, the body was still in the car. While returning home, the accused threw the body in the field.
