Upcoming SUVs: 4 companies including Mahindra and Maruti are bringing new vehicles, which will change the market

Upcoming SUVs: A big change may be seen in the Indian compact SUV segment in the coming times. Mahindra & Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, Vinfast and Kia Motors are preparing to launch their new and updated SUVs. Premium features, better mileage, ADAS and electric technology can be seen in these new SUVs.

Mahindra Vision S
Mahindra’s new Vision S SUV can be launched in 2027. Its design can be boxy and powerful like an off-road SUV. It is expected to have features like panoramic sunroof, ADAS, 360 degree camera, LED lights and premium interior. 1.2 liter turbo petrol and 1.5 liter diesel engine options can be found in the SUV. Later its hybrid and electric versions may also come.

New Maruti Brezza Facelift
Changes can be seen in both design and features in the new Brezza facelift. It can be given mild-hybrid technology with 1.5 liter petrol engine. Also, CNG option may also continue. The SUV is likely to get a large touchscreen, 360 degree camera, 6 airbags and better connectivity features.

VinFast VF3
Vietnamese company VinFast may launch its small electric SUV VF3 in India by the end of 2026. This EV can give a range of about 200 kilometers. It is expected to have features like fast charging, touchscreen system and modern interior.

Kia Sonet Gen 2
Kia Sonet Gen 2 can be launched in 2027. It is likely to get Level-1 ADAS, panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats and new cabin design. The company can offer both petrol and diesel engine options in it. It is clear from these upcoming SUVs that the era of vehicles with more features and advanced technology at lower prices is about to begin in the Indian market.
