In that case, if you want to update your Aadhaar card or make some changes in it, now you don’t need to go to Aadhaar center at all, because UIDAI has recently launched a new Aadhaar app. Through this app, you can change your Aadhaar card details at home.
For this first you need to download the new Aadhaar app from Google Play Store and Apple App Store
After downloading the app, login with your Aadhaar card details. Aadhar Card
After logging into the app, you need to go to the options below and tap on ‘Services’.
Here you will get option to update your mobile number and address.
After tapping on ‘Address Update’ option, you have to tap on ‘My Documents’ option in the next window.
Here you will get option to upload address related documents.
Upload the address documents on the next page.
Now, you have to pay Rs.75.
After this the address on your Aadhaar card will be updated after few days. Aadhar Card
How to update mobile number?
To update your mobile number, you need to follow the above steps. But there you have to click on ‘Mobile Number Update’ option instead of ‘Address Update’. You will then be given an option to enter your new mobile number. After entering the new number, an OTP will be sent to both your new and old numbers. After verifying both the OTPs, the mobile number on your Aadhaar card will be updated. So to update your mobile number, you must have both your old and new mobile number.
