Uproar in Kailash Kher’s Gwalior concert, crowd entered by jumping barricade

Chaos broke out during the concert of famous singer Kailash Kher held in Gwalior on Thursday, when the crowd of spectators suddenly went out of control. This program was organized to commemorate the 100th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Kailash Kher was presenting on stage

During the program, Kailash Kher was giving his presentation on the stage, when some people tried to see him closely and ran towards the stage, crossing the security barricade. Within no time the situation worsened and many people broke the barricade and started reaching the stage.

Kailash Kher appealed for peace

The artists and organizers present on the stage were stunned by this sudden chaos. While trying to control the situation, Kailash Kher appealed to the crowd to remain calm from the stage itself, but when the situation seemed to be going out of control, the singer expressed his displeasure. Questioning the behavior of the crowd, he said that such actions are unacceptable and against the dignity of a cultural event. His reaction is being considered as a strong message for the people present there and the security personnel.

security system is not sufficient

According to sources, the security arrangements at the venue were not adequate. Due to less number of security personnel, there was difficulty in controlling the crowd, taking advantage of which some people came very close to the stage. After this incident, serious questions have been raised on the security arrangements of VIP programs. The special thing is that just a few hours ago, Union Home Minister Amit Shah had addressed a public meeting on the same stage and in the same premises. In such a situation, the weakening of security arrangements in less than 12 hours has become a matter of concern for the administration.

After the situation worsened, the organizers decided to stop the program midway. Priority was given to the safety of the artist and Kailash Kher was safely taken out of the venue. After the incident, there was an atmosphere of chaos at the venue for some time, however, the situation was later brought under control.
