Uproar over Khan Sir’s arrest! Crowd of students gathered outside KGS, high voltage drama continued throughout the night

Patna: The atmosphere became heated in the capital of Bihar on Friday night when the police was trying to reach the famous teacher and founder of Khan Global Studies (KGS), Faisal Khan alias Khan Sir. As soon as the police team reached near the coaching campus, a large number of students gathered there. Within no time the commotion increased in the entire area and a tense situation remained throughout the night. The students stood firm in support of Khan sir and protested against the police action. The police tried several times to disperse the crowd, but the students were not ready to leave the campus. However, no detailed official statement has been issued yet by the police in this matter.

The matter is not limited to just one night’s uproar. Behind this is also the long-running dispute between the two major coaching institutes of Patna. The growing conflict between Faizal Khan, director of Khan Global Studies, and Roshan Anand, director of Gyan Bindu Coaching, has now reached the level of legal action. Police have registered a case against Faizal Khan under the Arms Act after investigating a viral video.

Viral video changed the entire situation

A new twist in the controversy came when a video started going viral on social media. In the video, allegedly one of Khan sir’s security personnel is seen firing. After the video surfaced, the police immediately reached the KGS premises and started investigation. Two security personnel were detained during the action. Their weapons have been confiscated and sent for forensic examination, so that it can be found out what role they played in the firing incident.

Earlier the action was taken against someone else

Interestingly, in the initial investigation, the police had taken action against Roshan Anand, director of Gyan Bindu Coaching. But after the new video surfaced, the direction of the investigation changed and now the matter has centered directly around Khan sir.

How did the whole controversy start?

This conflict started after the results of Bihar Police Recruitment Examination were declared. Both the institutions made big claims about the success of their respective students and ran publicity campaigns across the city. It is alleged that during this time a dispute arose over placing the banner of another institute on the board of a coaching institute. Gradually this tension increased and on the night of 2-3 June there was a huge uproar between the supporters of both the sides. At present the police is investigating the entire matter and all the evidence including the viral video is being examined.
