UP’s tremendous flight in Ease of Doing Business: ‘Nivesh Mitra 3.0’ will be launched tomorrow, CM Yogi will hand over investment certificates to 85 companies.

Lucknow, Read: In order to give new impetus to investment in the state, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will launch the AI-based ‘Nivesh Mitra 3.0’ portal at Lok Bhavan on March 24. This next-generation single window system will make the process of approvals and clearances faster, transparent and simpler for industries.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister will also launch ‘UP Private Business Park Development Scheme-2025’. In the program, 85 companies from different sectors will be given letters of comfort, eligibility certificates and land allotment letters. Also, subsidy worth more than Rs 2,781 crore will be distributed. ‘Nivesh Mitra 3.0’ has been equipped with state-of-the-art technologies, including features like AI chatbot, real-time tracking, GIS-based land bank and integrated application system. With this, all services will be available to investors on a single platform.

Simplifying the processes, there are approximately 25 per cent fewer fields, 15 per cent fewer documents and 20 per cent fewer procedural steps, which will further speed up the approval process. This portal will also be linked to the Centre’s National Single Window System, which will ensure better coordination between state and central approvals.

MoUs will also be signed during the program to promote industry and skill development. The government believes that this initiative will play an important role in making the state a major investment center as well as achieving the target of one trillion dollar economy.
