US FDA gives green signal to tea, drinking tea daily is beneficial for health

North Eastern Tea Association (NETA) and Indian Tea Association (ITA) have recently issued an update to the US FDA declaring tea made from Camellia Sinensis as healthy. Here the misleading claims regarding tea as a healthy drink have been rejected. It was told that tea made from Camellia Sinensis is better for digestion and we should consume it regularly. What is the wrong time to drink tea?

The right time to drink tea is also mentioned here. Everyone keeps sipping tea many times a day. Drinking tea on an empty stomach is not good for health as it increases acidity. Drinking tea at night is also considered a wrong time because it can cause sleep disturbance. According to health experts, tea about 10 hours before sleeping is beneficial. It is better for you if you consume tea only after eating something in the morning, whereas without getting addicted to tea, you can drink one or two cups of tea in the day, it does not harm your health.
