US-Greenland Conflict: President Donald Trump bluntly on Greenland, said – ‘Anything less than American control is unacceptable’
New Delhi. Tension has increased between European countries and America over US President Donald Trump’s occupation of Greenland. Meanwhile, Trump once again expressed his intentions regarding Greenland and clearly said that it is unacceptable for America not to have control over Greenland. Trump’s statement came hours before Vice President JD Vance spoke with Danish and Greenland officials.

Know what Trump bluntly said on Greenland?
Donald Trump said in his statement that NATO should help the US regain Greenland and anything less than US control is unacceptable. In a post on the social media site, Trump reiterated his argument that the US needs Greenland for national security. He further said that to achieve this, NATO should play a leading role and otherwise Russia or China will achieve it.

Trump wrote in his post that ‘With Greenland coming into the hands of America, NATO will become much more powerful and effective. Anything less than this is unacceptable. In fact, Trump is adamant on asserting his authority over Greenland, which is a semi-autonomous region of NATO ally Denmark, whereas America has been continuously opposing this intention. At the same time, the White House has not ruled out the possibility of forcibly occupying Greenland.

Let us tell you that JD Vance will meet Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen and his Greenland counterpart Vivian Motzfeldt in Washington on Wednesday to discuss the issue of Greenland.
