An important agreement has been reached between America and Iran which is expected to reduce tension around the world. President Donald Trump signed this agreement (MOU) in Versailles, France. After this deal, the Hormuz Strait will be reopened, which may lead to a fall in oil prices in the future.

What was the decision on war and peace?
Under this agreement, ceasefire has been imposed for the next 60 days. During this time, there will be talks for nuclear agreement and reconstruction of Iran. America will completely end its naval blockade within the next 30 days. Besides, provision has also been made to maintain the sovereignty and integrity of Lebanon.
The Strait of Hormuz will be reopened. There will be no toll tax for ships passing through here for the first 60 days, but after that Iran can charge fees here. Iran has also made it clear that it will not make nuclear weapons.

America will ease some major sanctions imposed on Iran, so that Iran will be able to sell its oil easily. A $300 billion plan has been discussed for Iran’s economic development. However, President Trump has clarified that America will not invest its money in this and this investment will be completely voluntary.
