US-Iran 5 Day Ceasefire: US President Donald Trump has announced that America will not attack Iran’s energy plants for the next 5 days. Trump gave this information in the Truth Post. The US President said on Monday that the US has had positive and productive talks with Iran, after which he will order the military to avoid any military attacks against Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure. He claimed that serious talks are going on between the two countries to completely end the ongoing tension in the Middle East.
The US President on his social media platform ‘Truth Social’ But said that very positive and productive talks have taken place with Iran in the last two days, the aim of which is to find a complete solution to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. This round of discussions will continue throughout the week.
‘No military attack for 5 days’
Trump further said in his social media post that in view of the positive attitude of intensive and detailed discussions between the two countries, I have directed the US Defense Department to postpone for five days all military attacks on Iran’s power plants and energy infrastructure. Earlier, the British Prime Minister’s Office issued a statement saying that Trump and Prime Minister Keir Starmer spoke on the phone on Sunday night. The two leaders discussed the current situation, particularly the need to reopen the Strait of Hormuz so that global shipping can resume.

Trump had threatened Iran
On Sunday, a post by Trump created an uproar. Trump had given a 48-hour threat to Iran. It was said that if the Strait of Hormuz was not opened, Iran’s big power plants would be targeted. In response, Iran also claimed that it would not abandon any plant run with American assistance.
