He also warned that violence may spread in India after this attack. According to media reports, the letter urged states to identify “radical pro-Iranian preachers” who could incite violence through inflammatory speeches. The ministry has directed the security agencies to keep a close watch on the activities of such preachers and take necessary steps for the safety of citizens.
