The results of West Bengal Assembly Elections 2026 have created a stir not only in India but also in global politics. After the historic victory of Bharatiya Janata Party in Bengal, the President of America, the most powerful country in the world, Donald Trump has given special congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi by calling and sending an official message.

In a press release issued by the White House, President Trump called the victory “historic and decisive.” Trump said in his message that these election results of West Bengal once again confirm the unwavering faith of the people in India towards Prime Minister Modi and his strong leadership. He further said that relations between India and America will become even stronger after this new mandate.

It is noteworthy that in the election results declared on May 4, 2026, BJP is ready to form government on 207 out of 294 seats in Bengal. Mamata Banerjee’s 15 year old fort has been demolished.
