US Secret Service admitted negligence during attack on Trump, soldiers were not alert

In July, former President Donald Trump was attacked during a rally in Pennsylvania. In this attack, the US Secret Service personnel deployed for Trump's security were accused of negligence. Now the US Secret Service has also admitted that there were communication related deficiencies on their part and the soldiers were also not vigilant. On Friday, while talking to the media, US Secret Service's acting director Ronald Rowe said that some agents were negligent, due to which security protocols were violated. He said that the accountability of the agency's employees will be decided.

After the attack on Trump, questions were raised on the Secret Service
It is worth noting that the Secret Service was heavily criticized due to the attack on Trump at the rally in Pennsylvania on July 13, and due to this the former director of the Secret Service had to resign from her post. Critics had raised concerns about how the suspected attacker reached the front roof of the rally site, while Trump was giving a speech right in front of him. And the former director had to resign. Critics raised concerns about how the suspect was able to reach the nearby roof, from where the former President was giving a speech directly.

Recently there was another attempt to attack Trump
In the firing at the rally, a bullet grazed Donald Trump's ear and the former president narrowly escaped. However, one person attending the rally was killed and two others were injured in the firing. Now the Secret Service has said that it is 'ashamed' of the security lapse. It is noteworthy that recently there was an attempt to attack Donald Trump once again. In fact, a suspect was hiding in the bushes near Trump's residence in Florida. However, this time the attack was averted due to the alertness of the Secret Service. The police caught the suspected accused and also recovered a state-of-the-art AK-47 rifle from the spot. Rowe said that Trump is getting the same security as President Joe Biden and Democratic presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris.
