Big action by UP Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak, 17 medical officers dismissed, know the whole matter

Lucknow. UP Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak has taken major action against medical officers who are negligent in government hospitals. 17 medical officers, who were continuously absent from duty for a long time, were dismissed on Monday.

Departmental action has also been ordered against four medical officers who misbehaved with the patients. At the same time, instructions for departmental inquiry have been issued against Dr. Gajendra Singh, who did not take charge at the new posting site after transfer.

Explanation has been summoned from four medical officers of BKT Trauma Center on charges of negligence in work. Apart from this, warnings have been issued to three medical officers for negligence.

In cases of disobeying the orders of higher officials and negligence in work, five medical officers have been given censure along with stopping their salary increment. At the same time, instructions have been given to cut the pension of two medical officers by 10 percent who were found guilty of purchasing medicines contrary to the purchasing policy.
