‘From fear to faith zone’, CM Yogi roared in the assembly, said – now everything is healed in UP

UP News: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath fiercely targeted the opposition during the discussion on the Governor’s address in the Legislative Council on Monday. He said that before 2017, the state had become a bastion of anarchy and disorder. Goons and mafia were running a parallel government. But today, due to the clear policy and good governance of the double engine government, Uttar Pradesh has become a ‘breakthrough state’ from a ‘sick state’.

UP changed from fear to faith zone

CM Yogi said that earlier there was rule of ‘one district, one mafia’ and the state was known by riots and curfew. Now the situation has completely changed. He said that today ‘Rule of Law’ is established in UP. There is a situation of ‘no riot, no curfew, now all is well’. The state has changed from ‘Fear Zone’ to ‘Faith Zone’. Now instead of curfew culture, zero tolerance policy is implemented.

Boom in festive and temple economy

Referring to religious and cultural events, the Chief Minister said that earlier a few lakh devotees used to come to Magh Mela, but now more than 21 crore people have arrived. This change is the result of public confidence in better system and security. He said that the festive and temple economy is growing rapidly.

What did CM Yogi say on the issue of employment?

On the issue of employment, the Chief Minister said that 2 lakh 19 thousand recruitments were made in the police department, out of which 20 percent are women. In 2017, there were approximately 10 thousand women personnel in the police force, which has now increased to more than 44 thousand. Earlier there was no proper arrangement for training, but now 60 thousand soldiers are taking training simultaneously.

Forensic van available in all 75 districts

Referring to forensic facilities, he said that earlier there were only two labs, now 12 have been built and 6 are under construction. Forensic vans have been provided in all 75 districts. The situation of PAC has also improved. Now 34 battalions are operational, which include three women battalions named after Uda Devi, Jhalkari Bai and Avanti Bai.
