Review of ‘People’s Government, People’s Door’ campaign
Let us tell you that while reviewing the ‘People’s Government, People’s Door’ campaign from his office, Chief Minister Dhami gave clear instructions to the officials that the disposal of complaints and applications should not be just a paper formality but should be real and effective. He said that the aim of the government is that the public should feel relief on the ground.

Strict stance on carelessness and procrastination
The Chief Minister said in clear words that negligence, procrastination or indifference will not be accepted at any level. He directed to ensure feedback based review in every district, so that the benefits of the schemes reach the last person with transparency and dignity. Instructions were also given to take strict action against officers who were negligent in public service.

Progress of camps so far
CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said that till now 126 camps have been organized in the state. 64,960 people participated in these camps and 10,962 complaints were received, out of which 7,952 complaints have been resolved. Apart from this, various certificates and government benefits were provided in 12,399 cases, while 39,923 people have benefited from different schemes.

The government itself will reach the public’s doorstep
CM Pushkar Singh Dhami reiterated that the government’s resolve is very clear that the public should not have to make rounds of government offices. The government itself will reach the doorsteps of the people. Their aim is that even the person standing in the last line of the society can avail the benefits of government schemes and services without any hindrance.
