Uttarakhand: Two trains collided inside the tunnel, 109 passengers were on board, 60 injured

A major accident has taken place in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, where a train and a goods train collided inside a tunnel. The accident occurred inside the tunnel of Vishnugadh-Pipalkoti Hydroelectric Project in Chamoli district. A train was carrying workers and officials. This collision between a train and a goods train took place inside Pipalkoti Tunnel. Officials said there were 109 people on board the train at the time of the accident. About 60 people were injured in the accident. All the injured have been saved.
