Younger brother’s rebellion before Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s debut, 10 year old Ashirwad scored a stormy century
Another cricket star seems to be emerging from the family of Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who is on the threshold of debut in the Indian team. Vaibhav’s younger brother Ashirwad Suryavanshi scored a brilliant century while batting explosively in a local match in Bihar.
15-year-old young batsman Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who is included in the Indian team for the tour of Ireland and England, is constantly in the headlines these days. Meanwhile, his younger brother Ashirwad Suryavanshi has also attracted people’s attention with his explosive batting. Just 10 year old Ashirwad Suryavanshi created a stir by playing a brilliant inning of 168 runs in a local match played in Bihar. He played this innings in only 119 balls, which included 19 fours and 6 sixes. During this period his strike rate was 141.18.
Ashirwad played this innings against Roshan XI while playing for Rishabh XI. Thanks to his explosive batting, the team scored a huge score of 311 runs at the loss of 7 wickets in 40 overs. This brilliant innings of Ashirwad was also celebrated in a special way by his elder brother Vaibhav Suryavanshi. Vaibhav shared the scorecard on his Instagram story and praised his younger brother.

This is not the first time that Ashirwad has impressed with his batting. In the same month, while playing for Cricket Academy Tajpur, he also scored his first century by playing a brilliant inning of 103 runs in 87 balls. While Vaibhav Suryavanshi is a left-handed batsman and came into limelight by winning the Orange Cap in IPL 2026, Ashirwad is a right-handed opening batsman. Apart from this, he also bowls medium pace with his right arm.
Although both the brothers bat with different hands, their playing style is considered to be very similar. Both are known for playing aggressive cricket and have grown up training in the same environment in Bihar.
Ashirwad’s father Sanjeev Suryavanshi has already said that he wants to see his younger son also playing cricket at a big level in the next two years. Looking at the kind of batting Ashirwad is doing at the moment, it would not be wrong to say that Indian cricket can get another big star from the Suryavanshi family.
