Great trial of Vande Bharat sleeper train: Not a single drop of water spilled even at the speed of 180 KM per hour, will run on tracks soon
Indian Railways has achieved another major achievement in the direction of high-speed trains. The new Vande Bharat sleeper train created history by achieving a maximum speed of 180 kilometers per hour during the trial run. This successful test was conducted on Sawai Madhopur-Kota-Nagda section, the video of which is becoming increasingly viral on social media. Calling it a new generation train, the Railway Minister has described it as a big step for Indian Railways.
Railway Minister shared video
While sharing the information on social media platform He said that this train running at a speed of 180 km per hour on the Kota-Nagda section shows the strength of the new generation rail technology developed in India. This trial not only proved the speed capability of the train, but also confirmed its modern design and safety standards.
The technical strength of Vande Bharat sleeper train is clearly visible in the video shared by the Railway Minister. During the trial run, when the train was running on the tracks at a speed of 180 kilometers per hour, an employee present in the cabin is seen recording a video. In the video, four glasses filled with water are seen kept inside the train cabin, right in front of the speedometer.
The most important thing in this is that despite such high speed, not a single drop of water spilled from any glass. It can be clearly seen in the video that the speedometer is showing a speed of 180 km per hour, yet the train looks completely stable and balanced. The view showcases the advanced technology, improved suspension system and smooth running capability of Vande Bharat Sleeper Train, which has been made more safe and comfortable for the passengers.
It can be clearly seen in this video that the range of the speedometer installed in the train cabin is from 0 to 200 kilometers per hour. During the recording, the speed fork is seen standing straight at 180 kmph. The special thing is that even at such high speed, the three glasses filled with water kept inside the train remain absolutely stable and no movement is visible in them. The Railway Minister has also shared this video clip of about 24 seconds.
The train met all the standards
Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Jain says that this trial is a major technical breakthrough towards the future operation of Vande Bharat Sleeper Train. This test has proved the efficiency and reliability of the train. This achievement strongly highlights Indian Railways’ indigenous technology, modern engineering and the vision of a self-reliant India.
During the trial run of this train, the speed, safety standards and ride quality of the train were closely examined. This entire test was conducted under the supervision of Chief Commissioner Railway Safety Janak Kumar Garg. After successful trials, this Vande Bharat sleeper rake will now be available for passengers to travel.
There will be a total of 16 coaches in the Vande Bharat Sleeper train, which will include coaches of both sleeper and AC categories. Keeping in mind the convenience of the passengers, comfortable berths have been arranged. Being a semi-high-speed train, an upgraded suspension system has been installed in it, due to which shocks and vibrations will be felt much less during the journey. Especially while traveling in sleeper coach, passengers will get better comfort, even if the train is running at high speed.
Along with this, the train has been provided with modern facilities like automatic doors, modern toilet system, fire safety equipment, CCTV surveillance and digital passenger information system. Railways says that Vande Bharat Sleeper will provide safe, comfortable and international level travel experience to the passengers.
