Wherever this train is running, it is packed with passengers. Meanwhile, such a news has come out regarding Vande Bharat train, which has drawn lines of worry on the forehead of the railway officials. Actually, 80 percent seats of Vande Bharat train running on Secunderabad-Nagpur route are going vacant. According to the capacity of the train, only 20 percent passengers are travelling. The train is running with empty coaches.

Vande Bharat trains were started in Telangana just a few days ago. This was the 5th Vande Bharat train. Even the officials are surprised by the lack of passengers in this train. In contrast, other Vande Bharat trains running in nearby cities are receiving a large number of passengers. These trains are running with 100 percent capacity of passengers.

Lack of passengers in Secunderabad-Nagpur Vande Bharat train

According to media reports, Vande Bharat train number (20102) had left from Secunderabad for Nagpur on 22 September (Sunday). Till shortly before the departure of this train, more than 1200 seats were vacant. Whereas the total capacity of the train is 1440 seats. Apart from this, less than 10 passengers had made reservations in two executive class coaches, in which there are a total of 88 seats. Vande Bharat train was started on this route on 16 September. Its objective was to connect Vidarbha of Maharashtra with Ramagundam, Kazipet and Secunderabad. So that the local people can get benefits from business point of view. This train covers the distance from Secunderabad to Nagpur in 7 hours 15 minutes.

If there are no passengers, will Vande Bharat run or will it stop?

At present there is a huge shortage of passengers in the Vande Bharat train running between Secunderabad and Nagpur. In such a situation, speculations are being made that this train may be closed for a few days. However, railway officials say that if the number of passengers decreases, the number of coaches will be reduced. Currently 20 coaches are running. This can be reduced to 8 coaches. In such a situation, the number of seats will be reduced by more than 500.
