Shameful action on the waves of Ganga in Varanasi! VIDEO of youth having beer party goes viral, creates political uproar

Varanasi Ghat Viral Video: A video has surfaced of some people allegedly drinking beer in a boat (Varanasi Ghat) on the river Ganga in Varanasi. Meanwhile, on another boat nearby, some people are also seen dancing to the tune of the DJ. While sharing this video on social media, Asaduddin Owaisi raised the question whether any action will be taken against the people involved in it.

Owaisi asked a question

While posting the video, Owaisi asked many questions, is it appropriate to drink alcohol in a public place like this? Doesn’t this hurt people’s sentiments? Doesn’t this affect social harmony?

Is this not public disorder or violation of the ‘Water Act’? He also asked why the ruling party does not complain about this, while 14 Muslim youth are still in jail.

There was chaos during Ramzan!

In fact, even before this, a case related to the same place had come to light, in which 14 youths were arrested for having Iftar on a boat (Varanasi Ghat). His bail plea was rejected by Alok Kumar’s court.

This incident took place on March 16, when 14 youths had broken fast on a boat in the Ganga near Panchganga Ghat (Varanasi Ghat) of Kotwali police station area. It is alleged that after eating biryani, his bones were thrown in the Ganga. In this matter, Metropolitan President of BJP Yuva Morcha Rajat Jaiswal had lodged a complaint with the police and also submitted the video.
