Vegetable Pancake Recipe

Vegetable pancake is a delicious recipe that you can make for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is a healthy recipe that is cooked using a few drops of oil. 1/2 cup water

1 small capsicum

Salt

2 tablespoons coriander leaf

1/2 cup yogurt

1 small carrot

1 medium sized onion

1/2 teaspoon pepper

One tablespoon vegetable oil

Prepare step 1 solution

Add semolina to a bowl. Now add curd and water to it. Add salt and pepper to the mixture. Mix well to prepare the solution.

Step 2 Insert vegetables

Now finely chop all the vegetables and mix it in a mixture of semolina. Now add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Your solution is ready.

Prepare step 3 pancake

Heat a non-stick pan and apply 1/2 teaspoon oil in a pan. Now put 2 teaspoons of solution in the pan. Spread it slightly to make a circular pancake. Cook from both sides until golden brown.

Step 4 ready to serve

Serve the vegetable pancake with tomato ketchup and mint sauce.
