Venezuelan capital shaken by explosions, America rained bombs, see VIDEO of the attack

US Attack On Venezuela: America has attacked Venezuela. The US Army has targeted a large military base located in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela. According to reports, the Navy base in Caracas was attacked, in which the Pentagon’s role is being said. At least seven loud explosions were heard in the capital at around 2 am on Saturday. Clouds of smoke were seen rising in many parts of the city.

A CNN team witnessed several consecutive explosions in Caracas on Saturday night. The first blast occurred at around 1:50 am local time. CNN correspondent Osmari Hernandez said that the explosion was so strong that even her window shook. After the blasts, there was a power failure in many areas of Caracas and many planes were seen flying in the sky.

There was no immediate official statement from the Venezuelan government on this incident. On hearing the sound of the explosions, people in many areas of the city came out of their homes and came onto the streets. The presence of people was seen far and wide in different parts of Caracas.

long-standing tensions with America

This attack has taken place at a time when in recent times the US military has been targeting boats allegedly used in drug smuggling. On Friday, Venezuela had said that it is ready to negotiate an agreement with America to stop drug trafficking. President Nicolas Maduro has alleged that the US wants to replace his government and is trying to gain access to Venezuela’s large oil reserves. According to him, it was for this purpose that a pressure campaign was launched in August with a large-scale military deployment in the Caribbean Sea.

Trump had warned earlier

Before this attack, US President Donald Trump had warned Venezuela several times. He had said that America is preparing new action against the alleged drug trafficking network in Venezuela. In October, Trump also claimed that he had given permission to the CIA to work inside Venezuela, so that illegal drug trafficking and the movement of migrants from there could be stopped.
