KKR bought Venkatesh Iyer for Rs 23.75 crore.
Delhi: The Indian Premier League has made hundreds of players rich so far. Meanwhile, Team India's all-rounder Venkatesh Iyer created a stir in the mega auction being held before the 18th edition of IPL. This all-rounder from Madhya Pradesh was showered with huge sums of money and he was once again bought by his old team Kolkata Knight Riders for Rs 23.75 crore.

KKR bought Venkatesh Iyer for 23.75 crores
Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer were expected to be bid in this IPL auction, but no one had any expectations about Venkatesh Iyer. Where RCB and KKR were completely behind from the very beginning regarding Venkatesh Iyer. While KKR was not ready to give up its player, RCB also tried its best and finally Kolkata Knight Riders created a sensation by buying Venkatesh Iyer for Rs 23.75 crore.
Venkatesh Iyer's IPL career
IPL is the tournament which made the name of Venkatesh Iyer. After this, this all-rounder player also got a place in Team India. Talking about Venkatesh Iyer's IPL career, he made his debut for KKR in 2021 and while playing with the same team till now, he has scored 1326 runs in 51 matches and taken 3 wickets in his name. Once again Venkatesh Iyer is ready to play in KKR.
