Veterinarian Recruitment in Indian Army: Application starts for 20 posts

The Indian Army has opened a golden opportunity for young veterinarians imbued with the spirit of patriotism. Recruitment notification has been issued for 20 posts under the 95th Short Service Commission in Remount Veterinary Corps. In this, 18 places are earmarked for men and 2 for women.

Online registration for male candidates will start from April 17 to May 18, while for women from April 15 to May 15. The age limit is between 21 to 32 years, which will be decided as of May 15. The selection process includes preliminary screening, SSB interview, merit list and medical test.

For application, BVSc or BVSc and AH degree, which is valid in the schedule of Indian Veterinary Council Act 1984, is mandatory. These officers will ensure the care of military horses, dogs and other animals, which are vital for the preparedness of the army.
