Jaiswal got injured

In the 55th over of New Zealand's innings, New Zealand's Daryl Mitchell hit a shot off Mohammad Siraj's ball, after which when Jaiswal standing in the field took the catch, he got injured on his thumb due to the fast ball. He was seen shaking his hand and holding his fingers.

India's concern increased

After Jaiswal got injured, Akshar Patel was fielded in his place. However, later Jaiswal once again entered the field with a heavy tape on his thumb. Earlier on Thursday, while keeping wickets, Rishabh Pant suffered a knee injury due to which he had to go out of the field. This has increased the concerns of Team India.
