Abhishek Sharma Hits 25 Runs Against Varun Chakravarthy: In IPL 2026, Abhishek Sharma made a comeback with a bang and thrashed KKR’s star spinner Varun Chakravarthy. He gave a flying start to the team by scoring 25 runs in a single over. Abhishek, who was a flop in the previous innings, showed aggressive attitude as soon as he came this time.

The sixth match of IPL 2026 is being played on Thursday (April 2) between Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. Abhishek Sharma did not stop here and continued his innings at a fast pace. In this match, he played a brilliant inning of 48 runs in just 21 balls, which included 4 fours and 4 sixes. Apart from this, making a partnership of 82 runs in 34 balls for the first wicket with Travis Head put the team in a strong position.

After the flop in the last match, this inning of Abhishek can prove to be very important for the team. He once again showed that if he is in form, he does not spare any bowler.
