Video: Late night commotion in Shilpa Shetty’s pub, former Bigg Boss contestant seen pushing…investigation started

Karnataka : There was chaos at the famous Bastian Pub on St. Mark Road in Bengaluru on Thursday when an altercation between some people escalated into a scuffle. The video of this entire incident is becoming increasingly viral on social media, about which there is a lot of discussion among the people. It is being told that this pub is associated with Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, due to which the matter came into more headlines.

Dispute started regarding bill payment
According to preliminary information, the incident took place on December 11, when an argument broke out among a group of customers present in the pub over paying the bill. The dispute, which initially started as a minor altercation, quickly escalated and the atmosphere became tense. Seeing the situation worsening, the pub staff intervened and somehow controlled the situation.

Former contestant of Bigg Boss seen in viral video
Businessman Satya Naidu, former Bigg Boss contestant and ex-husband of a well-known television anchor, is also seen in the video going viral on social media. In the video, he can be seen getting angry during the argument, due to which the matter escalated further.

Satya Naidu gave clarification
Satya Naidu has given his reaction regarding the incident. He said that he had gone to a pub for dinner with his friends and there was some technical or payment related problem while paying the bill. However, he denied any kind of assault or violence and said that the matter was being blown out of proportion unnecessarily.

Police started investigation
The DCP of Central Division issued a statement on this matter saying that the police has taken suo motu cognizance of the incident. The people present in the pub have been called for questioning and the available CCTV footage and video clips are being examined. According to officials, if any serious crime is confirmed during the investigation, a case will be registered under relevant sections.

Shilpa Shetty’s connection with pub
It is noteworthy that actress Shilpa Shetty had partnered with famous restaurateur Ranjit Bindra in the year 2019. Ranjit Bindra is the founder of the Bastian brand and his restaurants are present in many big cities of the country. For this reason this incident in Bengaluru has attracted a lot of attention.
