VIDEO: Killed by hanging upside down for refusing to pay wages; Shaved his hands tied and taken away from the village

In Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, a laborer was assaulted for refusing to pick buffalo dung. The laborer was first hanged upside down from a tree and severely beaten. After this his hands were tied and shaved and then he was taken around the whole village.
