Ruturaj Gaikwad did a miracle, flew and caught Riyan Parag's catch with one hand

India A has strengthened its hold in the sixth match of Duleep Trophy 2024. After getting a lead of 63 runs in the first innings, India A scored 202 runs after losing 4 wickets in the second innings till the time of writing the news.They have not taken any wicket and their total lead has become 265 runs. In the second innings, Riyan Parag scored 73 runs for India A and it seemed that he would not rest until he scored a century but the captain of the opposition team, Ruturaj Gaikwad, broke Parag's dream by taking an impossible catch.

This miraculous catch was seen in the 49th over of India A's innings when Riyan Parag tried to hit bowler Gaurav Yadav's ball over long off and when his bat and ball connected, it seemed that the ball would go over Gaikwad, but Gaikwad took a brilliant jump at the right time and caught this impossible catch with one hand, thus ending Parag's innings.

His celebration after taking this catch was worth watching while Parag could not believe that he was out. Parag batted brilliantly before getting out and scored 73 runs in 101 balls with the help of 5 fours and 1 six. You can see the video of this wicket of Parag below.

Talking about this match, India A scored 297 runs in the first innings thanks to Shashwat Rawat's 124 runs. In reply, India C scored only 234 runs thanks to Abhishek Porel's 82 runs and thus India A got a lead of 63 runs in the first innings. Now India A has gained a good lead in the second innings and if India C does not quickly get India A all out, then this match will slip out of their hands.
