Yes, that’s what happened. Actually, this entire incident happened in the 10th over of South Africa’s innings. Varun Chakraborty had come to bowl this over for Team India, on whose fourth ball South African all-rounder Marco Yansen hit a wild six towards deep mid-wicket. What was to happen after this, seeing Marco getting aggressive, Varun also got upset and decided to take revenge from the opposition player.

Here the Indian bowler targeted the very next ball of his over and delivered it a little faster, on which Marco was completely stunned and was bowled out in the end. In this way Varun completed his revenge against Marco, the video of which you can watch below.

Also know that in the Cuttack T20 match, Varun Chakraborty bowled 3 overs in which he took 2 wickets for just 19 runs. He also bowled a maiden over and besides Marco Jansen (12 runs), he took the wicket of explosive batsman Donovan Ferreira (05).

India won the match: South Africa started the match by winning the toss at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack, after which they decided to bowl first. In response, India scored 175 runs in 20 overs of its innings. Hardik (59) played the biggest innings for India.

From here, South Africa had to score 176 runs to win, but while chasing it, they could stay on the field only for 12.3 overs and were all out after scoring 74 runs. In this way, Team India won the Cuttack T20 by a huge margin of 101 runs and also took a 1-0 lead in the series.
