New Delhi: The temperature has been recorded due to strong winds in the entire North India including Delhi-NCR, which has brought relief from the rising heat. However, in the northwest India, the maximum temperature is expected to fall by 2 to 5 degrees Celsius for the next two days.

The strong winds in Delhi on Friday evening made the weather pleasant. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Delhi's maximum temperature was recorded at 32.3 degrees Celsius, which was 4.1 degrees below normal. However, the minimum temperature was recorded at 20.9 ° C, which was 2.8 degrees above normal.
Flights affected at Srinagar Airport
Air traffic at Srinagar Airport was affected due to strong winds. According to officials, 19 flights had to be canceled, while the route for two flights was changed. In addition, many other flights were delayed.
Forecast for the next few days
According to the Meteorological Department, winds are expected to move in Delhi at a speed of 34 km per hour on Saturday, which can reach 40 km per hour. There will be strong winds on Sunday and Monday, while on Tuesday and Wednesday, the sky of Delhi is expected to be partially cloudy. The weather may clear again from Thursday and there will be an increase in summer. The maximum temperature on Friday is expected to reach 41 degrees Celsius or more, causing Delhiites to face heat again.
