Vietnamese goalkeeper returns home after just 5 days of signing to Singaporean club
Vietnamese goalkeeper Ho Tung Han has returned to SHB Da Nang after spending only five days with a Singaporean club, due to a shortage of footballers at his Vietnamese side.

SHB Da Nang representative confirmed to VTC News: “We had to recall Ho Tung Han shortly after he went abroad. This was an unfortunate decision, as we currently have no goalkeeper available besides Pham Van Cuong. Tung Han will still have many opportunities to go overseas in the future.”
In early November, Han traveled to Singapore for a trial, where he reportedly secured a contract with a club there.
However, as the Singaporean national league is still underway, transfers are not yet permitted, meaning Han can only officially join the club in 2025.
His brief return to the V. League does not affect his international prospects.
SHB Da Nang were reluctant to recall Han, but a shortage of goalkeepers forced them to do so. In the past two V. League fixtures, the club lost two promising young keepers, Phan Van Bieu and Dang Tuan Hung to injuries.
According to V. League rules, teams may register new goalkeepers during the season if injuries leave them with no options.
Born in 2003, Han previously represented the U19 team of Vietnam. With solid footwork and great reflexes, he has shown potential comparable to his seniors.
