Prayagraj. In IFFCO Phulpur unit, a vigilance awareness seminar on the dimensions of vigilance in society, life and workplace was organized in the board room of the administrative building. The program started with the lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest Dr. Jitendra Kumar, Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer, (IRTS) North Central Railway. Chief guest Dr. Jitendra Kumar said that vigilance gives us the direction to work in a systematic, standard, rules and transparent manner at the workplace.
The role of vigilance is very important in maintaining the purity of any system. He said that vigilance impacts our workplace as well as the social system and lifestyle. Preventive vigilance is very important in the progress and development of any organization. This dimension of vigilance alerts us before negligence in work.
Senior Executive Director (Unit Head) Sanjay Kudeshiya said that IFFCO is the largest cooperative organization in the world and IFFCO has automatically adopted a transparent process, here the payment is done under cashless process and all the workers are covered under PF, Employees' State Insurance Regulations (ESIC). Chief Vigilance Officer Ajay Kumar Mishra said that the main work of the Vigilance Department is to promote integrity, honesty, transparency and create awareness among employees and children about unethical and corruption.
He said that IFFCO is continuously progressing under the leadership of Managing Director Dr. Uday Shankar Awasthi. IFFCO top management has adopted a transparent culture which has been our policy. The program was conducted by Sharad Agnihotri and vote of thanks was given by PK Verma. Senior General Manager Sanjay Vaish, General Managers respectively A.P.Rajendran, Sanjay Bhandari, P.K.Singh, Joint General Managers respectively P.K.Patel, Anita Mishra, Arun Kumar, Ratnesh Kumar, Arvendra Kumar, S.K.Singh were present in the program. , A.K. Gupta, Head of Department Human Resources Shambhu Shekhar and all department heads and section heads were present in the program.
